In the summer of 2025, I survived a serious car accident that left my vehicle smashed and twisted. Thanks to first responders, I walked away with just a lower extremity injury and some minor internal injuries. Out of that experience, the OrthoSleuth blog was born. It is passion project dedicated to exploring the orthopedic recovery journey in a blog.
Recovering from an orthopedic injury is tough. It challenges both mind and body. Patients and caregivers often feel isolated. That’s why I share orthopedic insights and caregiver resources. My goal is to make recovery less overwhelming and more supportive.
This space is a living record of my rehabilitation. I share what I’ve learned to help others. Posts focus on mental wellness, physical therapy tips, adaptive equipment, nutrition for healing, and self‑advocacy. Each topic offers practical guidance and encouragement.
Whether you’re a patient or caregiver, OrthoSleuth is here for you. It’s a resource for navigating life before, during and after injury. I hope it inspires confidence and resilience. Recovery is a journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone.
